SmartTech Contracting LLC

Smart Tech Contracting is a master systems integrator that pairs deep design expertise with turnkey execution. From concept to commissioning, we deliver advanced BAS, PLC, and SCADA systems for hyperscale data centers, enterprise campuses, and edge facilities across the U.S.

What We Do

• Design & Engineering: Controls and electrical design packages aligned with hyperscale owner standards, codes, and fast-paced schedules. • Turnkey Implementation: Factory-built or field-installed systems delivered under one contract, minimizing interface risk and accelerating time-to-power. • Graphical Standards: High-efficiency UI/UX and data-center-ready graphics for multi-GW portfolios. • Central Plant Optimization (CPO): Adaptive controls and proven logic that reduce PUE and boost mechanical resilience. • Enterprise Monitoring & Analytics: Platform-neutral dashboards, FDD, alarming, and data ingestion tailored to SLA-driven environments.

Our Philosophy

We deliver right-sized, platform-agnostic solutions. Whether a 200 MW campus or a single-tenant edge site, our integrated architectures are built for performance, resiliency, and future scale. We thrive in complex environments, first-of-kind integrations, and high-urgency rollouts.
