An excellent candidate for this position will not only have formalized mechanic experience where they were responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, but they are also someone who constantly finds ways to improve and enhance those processes within the service department.
A candidate for this position will possess the following:
· State of Michigan Mechanic License and/or Trainee Permit
· ASE Certification
· Minimum 1 year experience as a Mechanic
· Strong communication skills
· Basic tools up to ½" drive
