🎬 What You'll Do:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in leading daily kitchen operations and running shifts
- Supervise, coach, and support Line Cooks and Dishwashers
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving deliveries, and waste tracking
- Help maintain labor and food cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Support training initiatives and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of culinary management experience or equivalent leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience as a professional cook in a full-service restaurant
- High School Diploma required; culinary degree or certification preferred
- Food Protection Manager Certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
