What You'll Do: - Build floors, walls, ceilings, and other components used in our manufacturing process. - Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools safety and effectively. - Work with tape measures and basic construction measurements. - Work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. - Assist other departments when needed. - Learn and operate crane equipment after appropriate training. - Follow all company safety policies and procedures. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We're Looking For: - Previous framing carpentry, or residential construction experience preferred. - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. - Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
