About Shift Markets Shift Markets began in the world of traditional finance as a pioneer in FX technology. Recognizing the transformative potential of digital assets early on, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional markets and crypto, making digital asset trading accessible to businesses of all sizes, from emerging brokerages to global institutions. We are a global team with a shared mission to innovate in crypto infrastructure. Whether collaborating in the office, connecting remotely, or representing Shift at industry events, we work together as one to move finance forward. We believe collaboration fuels creativity, diversity drives strength, and curiosity keeps us ahead of the curve. Every great company is built by great people. Join us to help shape the future of digital asset infrastructure. About the Role We're hiring a Sales Associate to drive inbound and outbound pipelines for our prediction markets and crypto exchange infrastructure products. You'll own the top of the sales funnel, identifying operators, interacting with our prediction market and exchange products, running outbound sequences, qualifying inbound leads, and booking meetings for senior sales owners. You'll work directly with our Growth and Partnerships teams to turn market signals into pipeline and with the senior sales team to close those opportunities. This is an associate-level role with a clear path to a full sales-cycle seat. You’ll help set the standard for how we build pipelines as we scale. What You’ll Be Doing
- Run outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, X) to target founders and operators in prediction markets, crypto exchanges, and FX brokerages.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales owner.
- Build and operate AI-assisted workflows for prospect research, list-building, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Shift at NYC crypto, fintech, and prediction market events, meetups, side events, conferences, and dinners. Bring back leads and intel.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM. Report weekly on outbound volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
- Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align sales messaging with what's converting in content and community.
What We’re Looking For
- 0-3+ years of experience.
- Default fluency with AI tools as part of how you work. Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, n8n, or equivalent tools.
- Sharp written communication. You can write a cold email that gets a reply.
- Deep curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure. You don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences.
- Comfortable in real rooms and with cold outreach.
Bonus Points
- Experience in sales, BD, or account management.
- Crypto native. You've used a wallet, you follow CT, and you can explain why Polymarket and Kalshi compete.
- Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or GTM tooling like Apollo.
- You've built and shipped something publicly. An outbound sequence engine, a scraper, an agent.
Why join Shift?
- Help build the go-to-market motion for one of the most important infrastructure layers in crypto and prediction markets.
- Work directly with senior operators. You'll be in the rooms where deals get done.
- True ownership from day one. Small team, fast cycles, clear runway.
- Full access to our tool stack.
