Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time Navigator to join the Club Operations Department.
Job Summary:
In this position, you will be part of creating unforgettable Discovery Land Company experiences for our members and their families. The position will begin in June 2027 and start with a Navigator Orientation at a Discovery property. Rotation placements will vary across our portfolio of private clubs. Participants will take on varied operational roles and engage in diverse functions such as Member Services & Experience, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Spa & Wellness, Residential Services, Outdoor Pursuits, Golf, and more. This is a full-time position requiring active participation in professional development opportunities and regular collaboration with leaders.

Through exposure to diverse operating environments and participation in meaningful projects, Navigators develop the knowledge, relationships, and practical experience needed to build a successful career within Discovery Land Company and realize their potential as future hospitality leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work alongside department teams to learn daily operations, staffing, and service delivery from the ground up.
- Responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation/location. Every four months, Navigators will rotate to a new club with increasing responsibilities.
- Serve as the first contact for our member families and their guests. You will be expected to anticipate needs, solve problems, and create exceptional experiences on a daily basis.
- Support large events for up to 700 members and guests which create one-of-a-kind, unforgettable memories for all who attend.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A forthcoming or recent graduate holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management or related major from a Discovery Land Company partner university.
- Minimum of six months previous work experience in guest services or hospitality.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Needs to be comfortable navigating change, taking on new challenges, and delivering results in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
- Strong presence - professional, composed, and warm in high-pressure service environments.
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to work any station or shift alongside your team.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting/carrying items greater than fifty (50) pounds.
- Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation for the position is $65,000 annually
