Supervisor-in-Training
The Supervisor-in-Training will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively supervise plant operations. This position will gain hands-on experience in all areas of the facility, including the Soil Department, Clean Side operations, Delivery Services, Offsite Operations, Linen Ordering, and Inventory Management.
The successful candidate must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and support employees in a fast-paced production environment. This individual should demonstrate a willingness to learn technical processes, operational procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements while preparing for a future supervisory role.
