Overview We are hiring experienced Installation Technicians to support active construction and data center projects in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a hands-on position requiring work on active construction sites and the ability to read blueprints, operate equipment, and follow detailed installation instructions while maintaining a safety-first mindset. Pay & Benefits: - $25.00/hour - Daily Per Diem - 3 Weeks PTO - 7 Paid Holidays - 401(k) with Company Match - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Life Insurance, STD & LTD - Parental Leave - Career Development & Tuition Assistance - Employee Discount Programs ## Responsibilities - Install containment systems on active construction sites. - Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings. - Operate scissor lifts and forklifts safely. - Use hand and power tools including drills, impacts, tape measures, and levels. - Follow detailed installation instructions. - Troubleshoot installation challenges with the Installation Lead. - Maintain a professional, safe, and productive work environment. - Perform physical work including lifting, bending, climbing, and kneeling. ## Requirements Candidates must meet ALL requirements below: - Must live within 50 miles of Jeffersonville, OH (closer preferred). - Valid Driver's License with no DUI history. - Must pass a background check and drug screen. - Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. - Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the day. - Blueprint Reading Experience (Required). - Scissor Lift Experience (Required). - Forklift Experience (Required). - Construction or Installation Experience. - Experience using hand and power tools.
