SEI Novus helps institutional investors turn complex investment data into actionable intelligence. Our platform aggregates, validates, and manages data across public and private markets, giving investors a complete view of their portfolios.
We bring together data from custodians, administrators, general partners, accounting systems, and other providers into a single platform for performance measurement, portfolio analytics, benchmarking, private markets reporting, and dashboarding.
Through automation and scalable workflows, we help investors improve transparency, reduce operational complexity, uncover meaningful insights, and make more informed investment decisions. - Investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies across complex, large-scale data sets and databases, tracing data through the platform to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of how financial data flows through the Novus platform, using that knowledge to diagnose issues, assess downstream impacts and implement accurate, sustainable resolutions.
- Support data scrubbing needs for reporting, analysis and projects as required.
- Using our current processes and creating new ones, you will deliver high quality data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Apply data mining and investigative skills while working directly with clients, custodians, administrators and other third-party providers to clarify source data, resolve discrepancies and rectify data quality issues.
- Validate data quality and support the Client Management Team with ad hoc requests and internal projects.

- Analytical and investigative skills: Ability to analyze large data sets and portfolios, reconcile information across multiple sources, identify patterns and exceptions, and determine the root cause of data discrepancies.
- Attention to detail: You apply an exceptionally high level of precision when reviewing, reconciling and validating data, and you consistently follow issues through to a complete and accurate resolution.
- Organizational skills: You are comfortable managing competing client demands and deadlines and know how to prioritize, manage expectations and deliver results.
