Secure Source International is a growing leader in security technology and remote surveillance solutions. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair our remote security equipment throughout the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair, and relocate security equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Visit customer sites and respond to equipment problems.
- Maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Travel between job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Maintenance, construction, or electrical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV, audio/video systems, or PLCs is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must reside in the greater Phoenix area.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on rare occasions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
