Full-Time Retail Associate -- Department Lead, Sebewaing Ace Hardware Location: Sebewaing Ace Hardware, Sebewaing, MI Position Type: Full-Time Sebewaing Ace Hardware is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Associate. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. As we prepare for our busy season, we are seeking a hardworking team member who is eager to learn, willing to go the extra mile, and committed to helping maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. ### Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection and project solutions. - Assist customers in the paint department, including color matching, paint mixing, and product recommendations. - Receive, stock, and organize merchandise throughout the store. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment. - Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors and displays. - Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately. - Assist with loading customer purchases when needed. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. ### Qualifications - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. - Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. - Retail, hardware, paint, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. ### Schedule & Benefits Full-time position.
