Construction Equipment Operator / Laborer Duties include equipment operation small to large excavators, dozer earthwork and site grading, and any other Laborer duties needed to help complete municipal water projects. Prevailing wage rates paid. Wages average $40 to $42 an hour Base Rate, with a Fringe Rate of $20 to $24 an hour Rates vary by County.
