🐾 Join Our Pack at Scenthound! Lead Groomer | Grooming & Team Leadership
Love dogs? Love grooming? Have a passion for teaching and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a leader like you!
At Scenthound, we’re on a mission to improve the health and wellness of dogs through routine hygiene care. We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and compassionate Lead Groomer who takes pride in their work and is excited to help a team grow.
At Scenthound, grooming is about health, hygiene, comfort, and manageable coats that make it easier for dog parents to maintain their pups between appointments. Our grooming approach focuses on consistent, practical results rather than breed-specific styling.
As our Lead Groomer, you’ll be a go-to resource for grooming knowledge, team development, and quality standards. You’ll lead by example, train and mentor groomers and bathers, and help create an environment where team members feel supported, confident, and motivated to do their best work.
If you’re ready to combine your grooming skills with leadership and make a positive impact on both dogs and people, we’d love to meet you!
🎉 Perks & Benefits
• Competitive Pay: Hourly base pay, plus tips.
• Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow into additional leadership and management positions.
• Free Membership: Complimentary Scenthound service membership for your pup!
• Leadership Development: Build your coaching, training, and team-management skills while helping others succeed.

This role is about more than being a great groomer - it’s about helping the entire team become great at what they do.
What You'll Need
- At least one year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school.
- Knowledge of coat types, grooming techniques, coat maintenance, and proper use of grooming tools.
- The ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work weekends.
⭐ Who We're Looking For
