QMAP San Marino Retirement Community, located in Westminster, Colorado is currently seeking an experienced QMAP to join our team as Shift Supervisor.
Shift Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing/delivering medications for residents
- Administering various types of medication throughout the day
- Recording every dose of medication administered
- Observing residents to look for changes
- Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with residents
- In the abscence of the RN or RCC, lead during emergencies
- Train new wellness team members
- Maintain team accountability to ensure all tasks are complete at the end of the shift
- Following all safety protocols
- On-Call responsibilities for wellness team
QMAP skills and qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions
- Ability to prepare medication doses accurately
- Patient, calm demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills

Wage negotiable based on proven experince: $24.00-$26.00
