Licensed Life Insurance Agent

Liberated Financial, powered by Eterna Insurance Solutions Remote and In-Office Opportunities | Independent Contractor | Commission-Based

About the Opportunity

Liberated Financial is seeking licensed life insurance agents interested in growing their production in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Agents work with consumers interested in life insurance coverage, helping them review their needs, compare available options, and select appropriate coverage from participating carriers.

We provide access to sales systems, training, carrier contracting support, and ongoing professional development to help agents build their knowledge and improve their sales performance.

Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers regarding their life insurance needs.
Review existing coverage and identify potential gaps.
Present suitable life insurance options from available carriers.
Explain policy features and assist clients through the application process.
Follow up on applications and pending business.
Participate in training, coaching, and team communications.
Maintain accurate records and follow applicable industry requirements.

Qualifications

Active life insurance producer license.
Licensure in at least 10 states.
Ability to qualify for appointments with at least three participating insurance carriers.
Strong communication and telephone sales skills.
Professionalism, organization, and a commitment to client service.
Ability to work independently while participating in a collaborative team environment.
Reliable internet access and the ability to use online sales and communication systems.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Previous life insurance sales experience is beneficial but not required for otherwise qualified, licensed candidates.

Training and Support

New agents complete an onboarding and training process covering company systems, sales procedures, carrier contracting, and application workflows.

Agents receive ongoing coaching and have access to team support as they develop their production.

Eligibility to begin selling through the platform depends on completing onboarding, obtaining the required carrier appointments, and meeting applicable licensing requirements.

Work Environment

Remote and in-office opportunities are available. Current office locations include Houston, Texas; Tampa, Florida; Orlando, Florida; and West Palm Beach, Florida.

Remote agents are expected to maintain an appropriate workspace and participate in scheduled team communications, training, and coaching.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

Starting commission level: 85%, subject to the applicable compensation agreement.
Opportunities to qualify for higher commission levels based on production.
Additional compensation opportunities may be available for eligible agents who develop and lead a team.

Actual earnings vary based on sales performance, policy placement, production, and other applicable factors. Higher compensation levels are subject to eligibility requirements and are not guaranteed.

Agents are responsible for the cost of their inbound calls. Call volume and related expenses may vary based on individual preferences and budget.
