Installation, alteration, or repair to pipes, fixtures and pipe systems that carry water, steam, air or other liquids or gases, installation of heating and cooling equipment and mechanical control systems. Must be able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders and work in tight or confined spaces. Work is performed in various counties such as: Albany/Greene/Columbia/Schoharie; Dutchess/Ulster; Orange/Rockland/Sullivan; and Putnam/Westchester. Applicants must submit to a: Drug Screening, Security Check, and Background Check. Applicants must also have a vehicle. Wage is $30 per hour depending on the county.
