Job Purpose
We are looking for a Seattle/Redmond-based Client Engagement Manager with localization experience to support a strategic enterprise account. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong localization program management foundation and is ready to grow into a more client-facing, commercially focused account role.
The position will help strengthen local client presence, build relationships across stakeholder groups, identify new opportunities, and support growth within an existing enterprise account. The role will work closely with Account Leadership, Delivery, Operations, Solutions, Finance, and AI/Technology teams to connect client needs with RWS services and solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role or a pure delivery role. It sits between account management and program management, with a focus on relationship-building, discovery, opportunity development, and client confidence.
