Rural Physicians Group (RPG) embodies unique hospitalist, surgicalist, and ED/APP models that provide vital health services to underserved, rural communities across the United States.

RPG partners with critical access, long-term acute care, and rural community hospitals in need of additional provider support. The needs of our hospitals are assessed and carefully matched with a dedicated core group of RPG providers, who travel to our partner hospitals to provide high-quality, 24/7 care. RPG partner facilities benefit long-term through the continuity and quality of care delivered by RPG providers, as well as the financial sustainability of the business model.
