Built by Clinicians, for Clinicians – Where BCBAs Thrive! At Ruby ABA, we believe exceptional clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it. As a clinician-owned and operated ABA organization, Ruby was founded by a BCBA who understands firsthand the demands of the profession and the importance of creating an environment where clinicians feel genuinely supported, valued, and empowered.
What makes Ruby different? Generous paid time off, paid holidays, low direct-hour expectations, competitive compensation, and a clinical leadership team that truly understands your role.
