RPM xConstruction, LLC is currently seeking an Equipment Utilization Clerk to join our Service Team. Equipment Utilization Clerk will manage and handle all equipment hours, utilization and daily locations of all equipment and machinery utilized by RPMx. Job Duties
- Manage all equipment utilization of rentals, loaners, leased and/or owned by RPMx.
- Maintain a daily leased and/or owned equipment availability log and rental equipment calendar which displays where all equipment is daily.
- Maintain weekly rental utilization reports that show productive vs. un-productive time for all rental equipment.
- Generate a daily rental report.
- Schedules mobilization of swap out equipment, rentals, and Conex containers.
- Work with Foreman, Superintendents, and others daily to ensure the accuracy of information and help locate equipment needed.
- Ensure the consistent application of organizational and business unit policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key departments and Company affiliates to ensure cooperation and teamwork.
Qualifications
- High School degree required (or equivalent experience) and strong background with using Excel and other MS Office products.
- Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrates solid communication, customer service skills, and verbal/written skills with all levels of company personnel and outside vendors/suppliers.
- Demonstrates an elevated level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with Viewpoint software is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Must be available for work 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday, with some varied hours as projects require.
Working conditions
- Most time is spent in an air-conditioned office environment with occasional outside assignments that may require short periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet, or dry. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc.
