- Cover surfaces: Use plastic and tape to protect windows, floors, and other surfaces from stray foam.
- Ventilation: Set up fans and ventilation systems to keep the work area safe.
- Stage materials: Bring tanks, hoses, and building materials to the work zone.

- Equipment handling: Help the main sprayer move, set up, and operate the spray foam rig.
- Material mixing: Measure and mix the chemicals that create the polyurethane foam.
- Coating: Assist in spraying foam evenly onto walls, ceilings, and floors to get the right thickness.
