Romeo's is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant proudly serving IUP and the Indiana, PA community since 1989. We are looking for an experienced kitchen professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
Learn and work all kitchen stations
Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Help lead the kitchen during busy shifts Support the Kitchen Manager and daily operations
Qualifications
3+ years of pizza, line cook, or similar kitchen experience
Culinary education or experience preferred Leadership experience a plus Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license required
