We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support financial planning and performance analysis for our team in Hammond, Indiana. This role will play a key part in shaping forecasts, monitoring business results, and turning financial data into meaningful insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced modeling capability, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and provide a strategic voice to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models that support forecasting, planning, and strategic evaluation across business operations.
- Prepare budgets and periodic projections by analyzing historical results, current trends, and operational drivers.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators to measure financial health and business performance.
- Review cost activity and variance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improved efficiency.
- Support the month-end close process through financial analysis, reporting review, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Perform account reconciliations and validate data accuracy to ensure reliable financial reporting.
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses for leadership to assist with planning, investment, and operational decisions.
- Create dashboards and visual reporting tools in Power BI to present financial results and performance metrics effectively.

- Proven experience in financial analysis with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
