Description Robert Half is hiring! Are you passionate about helping people through challenging financial situations? We are hiring Loss Mitigation Representatives to support homeowners seeking mortgage assistance and help them navigate available solutions. What You'll Be Doing: Answering inbound calls from homeowners seeking mortgage assistance Explaining loss mitigation options and next steps Reviewing accounts and documenting customer interactions Collecting and validating required documentation Providing compassionate customer service during sensitive situations Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Position Details: Fully onsite in Coppell, TX (75019) Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Training + work hours) $22/hour 3–4-month contract to permanent assignment Potential for permanent permanent based on performance and attendance Upon Conversion: $20/hour base pay + monthly performance bonuses ranging from $1,700-$3,000+ Bonus potential increases total earnings to approximately $30-$37/hour equivalent Eligible for company benefits, PTO, and overtime opportunities (rotational Saturdays) upon permanent conversion Strong long-term earning potential for top performers

Requirements Important Training & Attendance Requirement: Training begins in November. Attendance is mandatory during the first 30 calendar days. This training period is job-impacting, and attendance issues may affect continued employment eligibility.
