Responsibilities
- Manage fund and GP accounting, including investment activity, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support annual audits and tax filings
- Monitor fund cash activity and liquidity
- Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Partner with Investor Relations to support LP reporting and inquiries
- Assist with fund operations, investment transactions, and ongoing process improvements

- 2-3+ years of experience in audit or tax serving investment management, private equity, venture capital, or fund clients
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in building a career within private equity fund accounting and operations
