About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Boat Shop Associate to join our team. This role supports day-to-day operations in our boat shop, assisting with maintenance, repairs, and general shop tasks. If you enjoy working with your hands, being around boats, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities 1. Assist with boat maintenance and repairs (cleaning, detailing, minor mechanical work) 2. Help with launching, hauling, and moving boats 3. Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas 4. Handle tools and equipment safely 5. Support senior technicians and shop staff as needed 6. Provide basic customer assistance when required 7. Follow all safety procedures and marina policies Qualifications 1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather 2. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented 3. Willingness to learn and take direction 4. Prior marine, mechanical, or shop experience preferred but not required 5. Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer 1.
