NOW HIRING - MACHINE OPERATOR
Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Pay: $19.00 to $ 20 per hour DOE + .75 Shift Differential
Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Training will be conducted on 2nd Shift.
Must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
We're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team! If you have experience operating machinery, material handling equipment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties:
Process materials according to work orders and specifications
Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment
Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
Inspect and verify materials before processing
Perform quality inspections and record measurements
Complete production logs accurately
Identify and separate scrap or non-conforming materials
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Assist with packaging and shipping preparation
Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Train team members when needed. Always follow all safety procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
1-2 years of Machine Operator experience
Material Handler experience required. Experience using handheld measuring tools
Basic math skill. Ability
to lift up to 40 lbs. HSD/GED or Preparatoria.
Preferred:
Warehouse experience (especially in the metals industry). Basic computer skills,
1+ year of metal industry experience.
Language Requirement: Intermediate English
