Compensation & Benefits
**$35–$50 per hour (based on experience) **

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (oil changes, brakes, tire rotations, tune-ups, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment to efficiently identify problems
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repairs needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must provide your own tools

*VA STATE INSPECTOR
