We are Manchester’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Located on 29 beautiful acres, the community, which completed a $14 million capital renovation in 2019, is a proud member of the RiverWoods Group (TRWG), the largest independent non-profit CCRC system in New Hampshire. As a not-for-profit CCRC, RiverWoods Manchester provides community and peace of mind structured on the philosophy that you don’t need to pay for care until you need it, which results in a smart financial option. Limited numbers of an innovative type B contract are currently available.
