- $20–$24/hr based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’re a key safety checkpoint on our nursing floor. In this role, you’ll:
- Administer oral, topical, ophthalmic, nasal, and transdermal medications per physician orders
- Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration on every pass
- Document accurately and promptly in the MAR
- Watch for side effects or changes in condition and report them to the supervising nurse
- Assist with blood glucose checks and narcotic counts at shift change
- Take vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Follow infection control and safety standards
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active Indiana QMA certification (IDOH-approved course) and listing on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry
- Current CNA certification
- Current BLS/CPR
- 6 months of CNA experience preferred. New QMAs are welcome!
