Richmond Residential Services, Inc. (RRSI) is a nonprofit organization committed to providing person-centered support to individuals with diverse abilities and support needs throughout the Richmond region.
Our mission is to provide care that facilitates choice, growth, and community participation for individuals with varying levels of support. Since 1979, RRSI has helped people build meaningful lives through programs rooted in dignity, independence, and inclusion.
We offer a range of services including Group Homes, Supported Living, In-Home Supports, Respite, Housing Choice Voucher support, and a Representative Payee Program serving over 200 individuals. Our team works closely with the Social Security Administration, Community Services Boards (CSBs), and Medicaid Waiver providers to ensure individuals have the support they need to thrive.
