Job Overview
Rhythm North Automotive USA is seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support our automotive manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for supervising and executing maintenance systems and workflows with a primary focus on machine uptime, production KPI performance, and equipment reliability.
The Maintenance Supervisor will perform and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, playing a key role in minimizing downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities;
Maintenance & Repair

Oversee all maintenance and repair activities for production and support equipment

Oversee all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
·
Troubleshoot equipment issues using tools, schematics, and diagnostic instruments
·
Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities
·
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment condition
·
Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
·
Recommend and support equipment upgrades and process improvements
Collaboration & Leadership
·
Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
