RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, licensed Full-Time Therapist to provide behavioral-health services to children and families in the Defiance community. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to build meaningful relationships, help young people overcome emotional and behavioral challenges, and work collaboratively with families, educators, and behavioral-health professionals.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000, based on licensure and experience. WHY JOIN RFS?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-informed interventions based on each client’s needs
- Help clients strengthen coping skills and achieve measurable treatment goals
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, supervisors, and community partners
- Participate in treatment-team meetings and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Complete documentation within required agency timeframes
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
