Workforce Transformation Business Consultant REPL is a world-leading consultancy and technology group specializing in workforce management, supply chain, point of sale and in-store digital solutions. We work internationally with some of the biggest and best companies in the world partnering with them to solve their business issues and drive success. We are now looking to hire a Workforce Transformation Business Consultant to support business strategy and project delivery through system configuration, testing, training, and deployment of the solution. Our candidate is an experienced Consultant who is keen to advance their career in a highly talented and professional team. The role will be varied and will include supporting pre-sales activity through to go live support, all delivering to the REPL Consulting quality standards. Ideally, you will have a background in retail, IT or Workforce Management and have worked in either consultancy or project delivery. You excel at interacting professionally at all levels, displaying credible, authoritative and persuasive presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. You are experienced in managing direct users and teams and possess excellent analytical and technical skills. Main duties:
- Implementation of the client’s solution based on the Workforce management products
- Work with clients to define requirements and map functionality and document any development or integration requirement
- Contribute to project planning and change delivery across business units that includes facilitating workshops and meetings, managing issues, and identifying causes and escalating where appropriate
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business and develop use cases to demonstrate business requirements and their impact on existing functions and processes
- Support the client with functional testing and end to end acceptance testing escalating any failures and identifying causes
- Assist the migration of solution to the production environment, support the Go-Live and rollout of end solution including the transition to business as usual
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate business/end-user documentation This in an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate and driven and wants to showcase their skills to high profile clients across the Globe.
