Position Overview:
The Clinical Solutions Development team is a fast-moving, high-quality group focused on solving one of healthcare’s most complex challenges: patient discharge. We are expanding the scope of our work and the team to solve it. To help us do that, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale the data-driven healthcare solutions. You'll own significant pieces of our architecture, set technical direction, and raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes excellent code and elevates the people and systems around them.
We operate like a startup within a larger organization–highly collaborative, often challenging status quo, and always looking to get better. If you’re excited about building something meaningful (and having fun while you do it), we’d love to meet you.
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in our Philadelphia office.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams in design, product, and other business units.
- Take ownership in product features that drive Trella’s mission.
