As a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards. ----------------- --------------------------------------------- Hourly Pay: $21.00-22.00/hr Shift(s): 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Friday 3:00pm - 1:30am Location: Chambersburg, PA 17201 ----------------- --------------------------------------------- 1. Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s) 2. Assist with recruiting and developing employees. 3. Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed 4. Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance 5. Assist with forklift driver duties as needed 6. Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms 7. Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM 8. Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility 9. Check to make sure loads are secure 10. Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed 11. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard 12. Perform basic financial data entry 13. Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner 14. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
