Reichard Industries is seeking to hire general laborers at their Niles location.

Responsibilities:
Assist burning machine operator with loading and unloading machine. Opportunity for promotion to burning machine operator.
Grind and clean steel plate burnouts.
Sweep Floors / Empty Trash
Sweep floors around machines to gather metal chips
Operate forklift for emptying metal chip hoppers or trash hoppers or moving material
Janitorial cleaning
Grind / buff welds
Painting of equipment

Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Steel-toed boots required
Comply with safety regulations, in addition to maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Must be able to pass physical, drug test, and background check
Additional Details:
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, overtime potential on weekends
Day shift: 6:00am -- 4:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am (+$3.00/hour Shift Differential)
Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 (Competitive wage based on experience)
Both Shifts eligible for an additional $2.00/hr Bonus when working 50+ hours per week and meeting attendance and safety requirements.
