We believe customers stay with companies they trust, and trust is earned by hiring great people, supporting them well, and always doing the right thing.
WHY REGENCY? We're not looking for technicians who don't take pride in their work.
We’re looking for professionals who can install drain lines, re-pipes, tankless, softeners, and fixtures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing install experience
- Strong installation background
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Professional attitude and communication

We're investing in organized trucks, modern equipment, strong office support, practical training, and clear career paths so our technicians can focus on what they do best - serving customers.
If you've ever wanted to help build a service department instead of simply working in one, this is your opportunity.
