Red House Design Build

Red House Design Build

Since 2006, Red House has delivered high-end residential design-build projects across New England - work defined by design integrity, professional management, and heirloom-quality craft.

We operate at the intersection of three disciplines:

Design - Designer-led solutions that honor a home's history while building toward its future.

Project Management - Clarity and predictability through every phase, so clients know what to expect and get exactly that.

Craft - Built to last. Finished to matter.

Our name traces to William Morris's original Red House - called "the beautifullest place on earth" - and his conviction that beauty and function are inseparable. That belief shapes everything we build.

Recognition

Multi-year winner of the PRO New England Awards, Chrysalis Award for Historic Home Renovation, and NARI CotY Gold-level honors. Recipients of the Prism Award, Master Design Award, and GuildMaster Award for client service. Consistently ranked among the Top 500 remodelers nationally and featured in Pro Remodeler's 40 Under 40. Our work has appeared on the covers of Rhode Island Monthly, Home Design Magazine, Southern New England Home, and East Bay Magazine.

What drives us

We believe the best projects come from a team that operates with Care, Clarity, and Trust - toward each other, toward our clients, and toward the craft itself. That's not marketing language. It's how we hire, how we build, and how we measure success.

Build Well. Build Beautiful.
