Responsibilities
- New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, coordinate training schedules, and support the onboarding process to ensure employees receive necessary training before transitioning into operational roles.
- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and hands-on training for warehouse employees, including standard operating procedures, safety expectations, and operational processes.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Maintain accurate training records, track completions, assist with training assignments, and support compliance reporting within Cornerstone LMS.
- Training Documentation: Maintain training matrices, qualification records, sign-off documentation, and other required training materials.
- Retraining & Process Updates: Coordinate and deliver refresher training, process-change training, and corrective retraining as needed.
- Operational Support: Partner with supervisors, managers, and operational teams to identify training needs, coordinate schedules, and support training initiatives.
- Training Support: Assist Spanish-speaking employees with understanding training materials, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in training coordination, employee development, onboarding, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience with a Learning Management System is preferred
