Drive Impactful Change As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that directly influence our success:
- Spearhead the full recruitment lifecycle: Architect and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior Operations roles.
- Cultivate robust talent pipelines: Proactively source and engage diverse candidates through networking, job fairs, and LinkedIn, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent.
- Champion strategic partnerships: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, guiding them on labor market analysis, TA metrics, and selection.
- Deliver an exceptional experience: Ensure a best-in-class, inclusive process for candidates and leaders, integrating EEO principles at every stage.
Essential Skills for Success
- 6+ years of proven experience in full cycle recruitment, emphasizing direct sourcing and consultative partnerships.
- Deep expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday highly preferred.
- Demonstrated command of employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action, and talent acquisition metrics.
- BS/BA degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
