Seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer for a 1-year contract driving AIOps automation. Hands-on role building Amazon Bedrock Agents, automated remediation workflows, and Databricks data integrations for AWS, Kubernetes, and HPC environments. responsibilities:
Job Duties - Provide hands-on production support for applications running on Kubernetes and HPC clusters.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
Design, develop, and deploy AWS AI Agents using Amazon Bedrock to automate support tasks and operational workflows.
Integrate AI Agents with monitoring and observability tools, including CloudWatch, Grafana, and Container Insights.
Convert manual support procedures, runbooks, and SOPs into automated workflows.
Integrate Databricks data pipelines to support AI-driven analysis and decision-making.
Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for AI Agent deployment and lifecycle management.
Monitor production environments, analyze alerts and logs, and identify opportunities for automated remediation.
Ensure AI solutions meet security, regulatory, data privacy, and governance requirements.
Document technical solutions, agent workflows, and operational processes.
Collaborate with application, platform, security, and support teams to implement improvements.
Train and mentor support teams on AI automation tools and workflows.
Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, requirements refinement, backlog management, and stakeholder discussions.
Provide periodic on-call support during designated weekday shifts (8 a.m.-2 p.m. ET or 2 p.m.-8 p.m

AWS AI Agent Development - Hands-on experience building and deploying Amazon Bedrock Agents, including skills/action groups and workflow automation.
AWS Production Support & Observability - Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes/HPC environments, root cause analysis, and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and Grafana.
Databricks & Automation Integration - Working knowledge of Databricks, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to integrate data and automate operational support processes.
