Responsibilities
- Investigate non-conforming products and/or processes.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Assist in Corrective Actions
- Responsible for creating Non-conformance reports (8D).
- Investigate customer complaints and returns to identify root causes of failures and document findings.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and initiate programs to ensure suppliers meet quality expectations.
- New product development projects
- Create and revise quality documentation and inspection sheets
- Implement continual improvements and oversee corrective actions
- Perform inspections and document test results accurately
- Identify defects, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Lifting up to 30-40 lbs
