responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct non-IT projects across engineering, R&D, and product rollouts from inception to completion.
- Present proposals, reports, and strategic findings clearly to clients, management, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market demand, technology, and resource needs to evaluate project feasibility, contracts, and cost estimates.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate project staff, overseeing team competency development and performance.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to establish project specifications and procedures.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 10+ years of experience required (PMI or PMP certification preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, production processes, and cost control.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and software skills (including MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint).
