responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, improvement, and installation of integrated manufacturing systems, including sequence cart designs and vendor coordination.
- Conduct rack parts audits, optimize plant storage space, and support cross-functional storage identification processes.
- Develop, maintain, and update critical project documentation, including Plan for Every Part (PFEP) records and standard operating procedures.
- Apply Operations Excellence principles, ergonomic guidelines, and safety fundamentals to eliminate waste and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with plant leaders to balance production lines, analyze process data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Basic level of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment.
Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Microsoft Excel, and manufacturing data analytics tools.
