Concrete Estimator & Project Manager needed in Santa Clara, CA! Join Our Client, a top industry leader, and manage end-to-end projects. Requires a BS degree and 5+ years of concrete estimating or PM experience.

responsibilities:
- Manage Full Project Lifecycles: Lead projects from initial budgeting and quantity takeoffs through final construction completion.
- Cost Estimating & Bidding: Prepare accurate estimates, detailed bid proposals, subcontracts, and procurement packages for materials and equipment.
- Contract & Scope Oversight: Review contract documents, manage shop drawings/submittals, and process change orders to ensure scope and price compliance.
- Operations Collaboration: Partner closely with field operations staff to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Client & File Management: Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation and tracking using industry software.
