responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and implement measures to motivate staff, improve equipment performance, and boost overall production efficiency.
- Review construction and processing operations with technical and administrative staff to resolve workflow issues.
- Develop and maintain production tracking, maintenance, and quality control systems to enforce product standards.
- Oversee key personnel functions for Our Client, including hiring, training, evaluating staff, and resolving grievances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, maintenance logs, and personnel records.
qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in business or related field preferred) along with 8-10 years of experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, machine operation/repair, and precision technical blueprints.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
