Your daily responsibilities encompass creating and firming production orders for assigned work centers, issuing and managing purchase orders, confirming shipments, expediting critical deliveries, and actively sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and lead-time performance. In addition to proactively resolving material shortages and communicating supply risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, you will maintain meticulous master data integrity within ERP/MRP systems (such as D-365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite), track essential KPIs including inventory turns and on-time service levels, drive continuous process improvements, support shipping and receiving functions as operational needs require, and uphold 5S and Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and broader Office tools, negotiation and analytical problem-solving abilities, familiarization with bills of materials (BOMs) and electronics specifications, and eligibility to handle ITAR-controlled technical data without an export license are required. This full-time position is an on-site, desk-based role that involves standard office physical demands, occasional light lifting up to 15 pounds, and regular movement across office, production, and shipping floor areas.
