salary: $58 - $60 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between our lines of business and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions
- Support the business in the alignment of their Intelligent Automation (IA) needs/usage with their technology and business strategies
- Support the development of the automation analysis and design methodology, including the related policies, procedures, tools and artifacts, to ensure a “rapid” implementation process that aligns with established release cycles and related enterprise standards
- Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories,
- create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment ,Support automation testing, as well as facilitate user acceptance testing
- Conduct product demos, provide product acceptance
