Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Member Navigation & Specialty Drug Advocacy
- Reach out directly to members when high-cost brand or specialty prescriptions trigger an RxCompass savings review.
- Clearly explain available savings pathways, copay assistance, manufacturer programs, and alternate fulfillment options to members and their families.
- Provide end-to-end support until the prescription is successfully delivered and secured.
- Advocate for members during prior authorizations, pharmacy holds, and fulfillment delays, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Communication & Case Management
- Maintain proactive, multi-channel communication to keep members updated on their medication status.
- Log all interaction touchpoints, patient consent records, and care pathway milestones accurately in the care management CRM system.
- Follow strict HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy protocols across all interactions.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in patient navigation, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), specialty pharmacy operations, medical case management, or healthcare customer service.
